Why Journaling??

Journaling has helped me get through a lot of troubles.
Literally, writing the problem down solves the half of it. I always typed it out in my notes app but now I realise the unrivaled superiority of journaling in a pretty notebook.
It makes me feel like I can do it,
I can get through it.
Some calm piano music without the frills
Or some productive cinematic music when paired with it makes up a perfect blend of Therapy.

Just like cuddles and warm hugs, a personal journal gives you a closure of having shared something that you cannot share to literally anybody else.

Not just that, it could also help in tracking our progress in doing something or just jotting down our favourite parts of the day to just read them in the future. It's literally Epiphany.
