TO DO

It’s been five days since I began the simple habit of creating a daily to-do list, and the inner peace it has brought me is truly indescribable. The relentless mental noise—the rush, the chaos—has quieted. Writing everything down gave my thoughts structure and brought clarity I didn't know I was missing.

I’ve learned to compartmentalise my responsibilities, assigning them to specific time slots, which has significantly reduced procrastination and curtailed mindless doom-scrolling. As a result, I now find myself more present—with my family, and with my beloved puppies.

If only my knees were healed, I’d be back to my full gym routine, perhaps even documenting the journey on Instagram. But a single moment of carelessness cost me that freedom. Let this be a gentle reminder: please, be mindful and cautious when driving. One second can change everything.
